The 38th Manila International Book Fair is a Philippine-based book fair which has the largest and most varied collection of literature. It is an event where publishers, book sellers, authors and readers come together to celebrate technology, knowledge, books, and reading.

As the biggest and longest running book fair in the country, MIBF brings together more than three hundred local and foreign exhibitors from the book publishing and allied industries, and features hundreds and thousands of book titles. It aims to continuously contribute to the reading awareness of the Filipino people and be a venue for members of the book industry to address market demands, launch new titles, and promote books and reading advocacies.

Other than book signings, book launches, and book hoardings, bibliophiles and the likes may enjoy storytelling sessions, art workshops, fandom gatherings, special readings, quiz bee competitions, interactive displays, and other interesting activities. Up to 80% discount on books may be enjoyed by event-goers.

The 38th MIBF will be held from September 13 to 17, 2017 at 10 A.M. to 8 P.M. Tickets are sold for Php 20 for adults, and Php 15 for students and senior citizens upon presentation of valid ID.
